My name is Arsha, and I took over Cars R Us from my father in January of 2026. Growing up around this business gave me a deep appreciation for what it means to earn a customer's trust, and stepping into ownership has only made that clearer. I want every person who walks through our doors or visits our website to feel confident that they are getting the full picture — not a polished sales pitch, but real information about the vehicle they are considering.

One of the first things I focused on after taking over was our reconditioning process. I built out a standardized inspection and reconditioning framework from the ground up, covering seven key categories for every vehicle we take in: oil, brakes, filters, fluids, suspension, tires, and detail. These are not boxes we check off arbitrarily. They represent the areas we believe matter most to the safety, reliability, and comfort of a used vehicle. The new website itself is a big part of this shift. It was built with the goal of putting more useful information in front of you right away, rather than making you dig for it or wait until you are sitting across a desk from someone. We are still the same neighborhood dealership that has served the Tacoma community for years. What has changed is the level of structure and intentionality we bring to every vehicle and every customer interaction. My father built something worth continuing, and I take that seriously.
